Resolution No. PC-2002-57 <br />Page 8 <br />19. All retaining walls along the street shall be placed a minimum of two feet behind <br />the back of curb, except as noted otherwise. There shall be a concrete v-ditch <br />install along the top of the retaining walls. The v-ditches shall be connected to the <br />storm drain system. This detail shall be shown the improvement plans for this <br />subdivision to the satisfaction of the Planning Director and the City Engineer <br />before City Council approval of the final subdivision map. <br />20. The project developer/subdivider shall place the existing overhead utilities <br />serving the Strom house (Pazcel G) underground as part of the subdivision <br />improvements. The applicant shall convert the Strom's home from overhead <br />services to underground services to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />21. Site specific tree inventories for Pazcel's G and F shall be submitted prior to final <br />subdivision map approval. <br />< End > <br />
