Mr. and Ms. Perry have also stated that they are not completely against a two -story <br />structure at the subject property, but would like to see the second story set back further <br />from the mutual side property line or located closer to the rear of the home. The development standards for the property (setback requirements, <br />floor area ratio, height requirements) required by the Municipal Code are intended to <br />provide adequate separation between structures and establish parameters for which <br />development may occur and minimize impact on neighboring properties.
