the satisfaction of the Fire Marshall, Pleasanton-Livermore Fire Department, before issu- <br />ance of a building permit. <br />Engineering Requirements: <br />61. All utilities required to serve any existing or proposed development on-site shall be in- <br />stalled underground. <br />62. The paving sections for the on-site parking and driveway areas shall be designed on the <br />basis of an R-Value test and a traffic index to carry the anticipated traffic loads. This de- <br />sign shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Building Inspection. The mini- <br />mum paving section shall be two inches (2") of asphalt concrete (A.C.) on a six inch (6") <br />asphalt base (A.B.). The minimum A.C. pavement slope shall be one percent (1%). For <br />pavement slopes less than one percent (1%), the surface runoff shall be carried in a con- <br />crete gutter to an acceptable point of discharge. The minimum slope for concrete gutter <br />shall be one-half of one percent (0.5%). <br />63. The project developer shall install street frontage improvements per Chapter 19.40.010 of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. These im- <br />provements may include, but are not necessarily limited to, grading, curb and gutter, <br />sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water facilities, street lighting, under- <br />ground utilities, traffic control devices, landscaping, and automatic irrigation systems. <br />64. The project developer shall submit a final grading and drainage plan prepared by a li- <br />censed civil engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures. <br />This plan shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Di- <br />rector of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br />65. The project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control <br />prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this <br />bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />66. The project developer shall construct vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters within this devel- <br />opment unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />67. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br />68. The project developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the im- <br />provementplans. <br />69.
