7. Any future restaurant user that locates within the complex shall be required to keep the <br />rear doors closed at all times. All restaurant facilities shall be equipped at all times with <br />filtering devices to minimize odors and fumes. <br />8. There shall be no truck deliveries, parking lot sweeping, or garbage pick-up between the <br />hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br />9. The following requirements shall apply to the sale of beer and wine from the convenience <br />market covered by this conditional use permit: <br />a. Liquor sales are limited to beer and wine only; <br />b. No more than five percent (5%) of the total shelf area including refrigerated shelf <br />area within the convenience market may be used to display beer and wine; <br />c. Beer and wine cannot be displayed within five-feet (5' 0") of the cash register or <br />front door unless it is being stored in a permanently located cooler; <br />d. No advertisements of alcoholic beverages may be displayed at the fuel islands; <br />e. Beer and wine may not be displayed from an open ice-tub; <br />f. No self-illuminating advertising of beer and wine is allowed on windows or doors <br />at any time; and, <br />g. Employees on duty between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. selling beer and <br />wine must be at least twenty-one (21) years old. <br />h. The applicants shall maintain a clear line-of--sight from the cash registers to the <br />shelves storing the beer and wine product. <br />i. The applicants shall provide on-going training programs to the convenience mar- <br />ket operators on identifying and then dealing with inebriated rivers wanting to <br />purchase beer and wine from the convenience market. <br />10. The service station operator shall maintain the service station/convenience markeUcar <br />wash in a clean and orderly manner at all times. <br />11. The hours-of-operation for the carwash may be 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. If the operation of <br />the carwash results in continued complaints pertaining to noise, the Planning Director <br />shall require mitigation measures including, but not limited to, reduced hours-of- <br />operation, construction of noise attenuation measures including a sound wall at the east <br />property line, etc. If necessary, the Planning Director may refer this issue to the Planning <br />Commission for review at a public hearing.
