The project developer shall submit a waste generation disposal and diversion plan
to the Building Department prior to issuance of building or demolition permits.
The plan shall include the estimated composition and quantities of waste to be
generated and how the project developer shall recycle at least fifty percent (50%)
of the job site construction and demolition waste. In conjunction with the building permit application, the project
developer shall determine the building's "LEED Green Building Rating", using the
GBC evaluating methodology, and shall report the rating to the Planning Director
before issuance of the building permit.
24. All kitchen facilities shall be equipped at all times with filtering devices to
minimize odors and fumes.
25. The plans submitted for a building permit shall identify a kitchen mat wash area
with a drain that connects to the sanitary sewer. A structural control such as an
oil/water separator or sand filter shall be provided. No other azea shall drain into
this wash area. A sign shall be posted prohibiting the dumping of hazardous
materials into the sanitary sewer. The project developer shall notify the Dublin-
San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) upon installation of the sanitary
connection; a copy of this notification shall be provided to the Planning
Department.
26.
