Resolution No. PC-2002-49
Page 5
7. If the operation expands and becomes subject to state licensing
requirement, CSLOT shall comply with requirements of State Department
of Education and the State's childcare licensing requirements prior to any
expansion. Violations of the State's regulations may result in, at the
discretion of the Planning Director, this use permit approval be submitted
the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing.
8. The applicant shall contact the Building and Fire Departments to determine
all applicable requirements and obtain all applicable permits.
9. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting
devices be utilized on the site.
10. The applicant shall apply for and receive sign design review approval for
any proposed exterior signage.
11. If any elements of the purposed use result in conflicts pertaining to parking,
noise, traffic, loitering, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning
Director, this use permit may be submitted to the Planning Commission for
subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Planning
Commission may modify or add conditions to mitigate such impacts, or
may void the said use permit.
