The following geotechnical reports shall be peer reviewed at the developer's expense and <br />those final recommendations submitted for review with the tentative map submittal. The <br />project developer shall comply with the recommendations of the following geotechnical <br />reports and subsequent peer review and response letters. <br />a. "Geotechnical Investigation -Busch Property," prepared by Lowney Associates and <br />dated June 11, 2002. <br />b. "Phase I Environmental Site Assessment," prepared by Lowney Associates and dated <br />June 13, 2002. <br />c. "Reconnaissance Level Slope Stability Evaluation of Existing Quarry Slope," prepared <br />by Lowney Associates and dated June 7, 2002. <br />d. "Corrosivity Analysis," prepared by Cerco Analytical, Inc. and dated January 11, 2002. <br />112. The project developer's geotechnical consultant shall review and approve all foundation, <br />retaining wall, and drainage geotechnical aspects of the final development plans to ensure that <br />the recommendations have been properly incorporated into the development. The consultant <br />shall certify by writing on the plans or as otherwise acceptable to the Director of Building <br />Inspection that the final development plan is in conformance with the geotechnical report <br />approved with the project. <br />113. The project developer shall arrange and pay for the geotechnical consultant to inspect and <br />approve all foundation, retaining, and wall and drainage geotechnical aspects of project <br />construction. The consultant shall be present on site during grading and excavation operations. <br />The results of the inspections and the as-built conditions of the project shall be certified in <br />writing by the geotechnical consultant for conformance to the approved plans and geotechnical <br />report and submitted to the City Engineer and Director of Building Inspection for review and <br />approval prior to occupancy. <br />114. The project developer shall install street frontage improvements per Chapter 19.40.010 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. These improvements <br />may include, but are not necessarily limited to, grading, curb and gutter, sidewalk, pacing, <br />storm drain, sanitary sewer, water facilities, street lighting, underground utilities, traffic <br />control devices, landscaping, and automatic irrigation systems. <br />115. The project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior <br />to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will be <br />determined by the City Engineer. <br />116.
