Resolution No. PC-2002-43 <br />Page 9 <br />26. No final map shall be filed with the City until the Williamson Act contract <br />covering the Lonestar property has lapsed and/or has been cancelled. <br />27. The land use/zoning building regulation handout shall be modified to accurately <br />reflect the regulations to be in force in this PUD. The final handout shall be <br />subject to review and approval by the Planning Director prior to approval of the <br />final map. <br />28. The applicant shall explore the use of composite wood fencing for the side yard <br />fences. The final determination for the material to be used for these fences shall <br />be made by the Planning Director prior to their construction. <br />29. "Coffin Lane" shall be renamed; the final street name shall be reviewed and <br />approved by the Platming Director prior to the recordation of the final map. <br />30. All conditions of PUD-6 shall remain in full force and effect; final approval of all <br />utility systems, grading, streets, and other project improvements shall be subject <br />to final review and approval by the City Engineer. <br />{end} <br />
