The land use/zoning building regulation handout shall be modified to accurately reflect the regulations to be in force in this PUD. The final handout shall be subject to review and approval by the Planning Director prior to approval of the final map. 28. The applicant shall explore the use of composite wood fencing for the side yard fences. The final determination for the material to be used for these fences shall be made by the Planning Director prior to their construction. 29. "Coffin Lane" shall be renamed; the final street name shall be reviewed and approved by the Platming Director prior to the recordation of the final map. 30. All conditions of PUD-6 shall remain in full force and effect; final approval of all utility systems, grading, streets, and other project improvements shall be subject to final review and approval by the City Engineer. {end}
