(5) The above-listed uses shall have the meaning as defined and/or <br />interpreted for uses in the A and R-1 districts of the Pleasanton <br />Municipal Code. Other uses listed in the R-1 districts of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code may be either permitted or <br />conditionally permitted in the building envelope of Lot A if the <br />Planning Director finds that such uses do not conflict with the <br />requirements of the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. <br />c. Until such time as subdivision construction begins on the property, <br />agricultural uses as specified in Section IVC(1)(a)(lh and i) of the <br />Vineyazd Avenue Corridor Specific Plan shall be allowed on MDR- <br />designated sites. <br />Development Standards <br />3. Development standards for the MDR and Vineyazd Estate lots shall be as follows: <br />a. Unless otherwise specified in subsection (a) above, all site development <br />standazds shall be those of the R-1-10,000 District. <br />c. Accessory structures for the Vineyard Estate lot aze allowed to have no <br />setback from the building envelope line in side and reaz yazd areas. <br />Setbacks as established above shall be measured from the property lines. <br />d. No accessory structure shall be allowed within 35 feet of the Old Vineyard <br />Avenue trail right-of--way. <br />e. Building height shall be measured from the lowest elevation of the <br />structure to the highest elevation of the structure. Exceptions for <br />chimneys and similaz roof features shall be those of the R-1-10,000 <br />District. <br />£ Trellis-covered arbors and/or porches up to a height of fifteen feet (15' 0") <br />supporting photovoltaic panels shall be exempt from the City's <br />Administrative Design Review procedures. Design review at the Planning <br />staff level and building/electrical permits shall be required. <br />g.
