Adequate public safety measures have been incorporated into the <br />design of the plan. <br />The proposed plan conforms to the purpose of the planned unit <br />development District. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed development plan <br />is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan and the Vineyazd Corridor <br />Specific Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-14, the application of GHC <br />Investments, LLC for Planned Unit Development development plan <br />approval for an 18-lot, single-family subdivision located on the Heinz <br />property on Vineyazd Avenue (Lot 28 in the Vineyazd Corridor Specific <br />Plan Area), subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
