questing a final inspection and should reflect as-built situs and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br />Construction Requirements: <br />39. All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muf- <br />fling devices. <br />40. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each workday. <br />41. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br />42. Portable toilets used during construction shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary <br />to prevent odor. <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br />43. The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Pleasan- <br />ton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br />44. The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber con- <br />struction until the final inspection. <br />45. Any project developer, business owner, or tenant storing and/or using hazardous materi- <br />als within a building covered by this approval, shall post National Fire Protection (NFP) <br />704 identification on the building and/or tenancy according to the City's "Hazardous Ma- <br />terials Identification Sign" procedures. <br />46. Prior to any construction framing, the project developer shall provide adequate fire pro- <br />tection facilities, including a water supply and water flow in conformance to the City's <br />Fire Department Standards able to suppress a major fire. <br />47. The Fire Chief and the Director of Building Inspection shall approve the number, type, <br />and location of all private fire hydrants. <br />48. All curbs located with seven foot, six inch (7' 6") radius of a public/private fire hydrant <br />shall be painted red, unless, modified by the Fire Chief. Blue street "hydrant markers" <br />shall be installed for all fire hydrants per City of Pleasanton Standard Specifications. <br />PDR-225, Exhibit "8 ", Fina[ Conditions Puge 6 of 10 July 10, 2002 <br />
