the approval of the Building Department. Such measures shall be maintained until such <br />time as permanent landscaping is in place. <br />58. Storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and channels not within the azea of a <br />dedicated public street or public service easement approved by the City Engineer shall be <br />privately maintained by the property owner(s). <br />59. The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems shall be subject to the review <br />and approval of the City Engineer. <br />60. Approval of the storm drainage system shall be subject to the review and approval of the <br />City Engineer that the system is adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, <br />and meets the immediate and long-range requirements of this development. <br />61. Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject property <br />shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense to the project de- <br />veloper. This shall include slung seal, overlay, or street reconstruction if deemed waz- <br />ranted by the City Engineer. <br />62. The project developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City <br />Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br />Urban Stormwater Runoff Requirements: <br />63. The project developer shall install a structural control, such as a sand filter, or approved <br />equal in the parking lot to intercept and pretreat storm water prior to reaching the storm <br />drain, unless otherwise required by the City Engineer. The design, locations, and a <br />schedule for maintaining the separator shall be submitted to the City Engineer/Director of <br />Building Inspection for review and approval prior to issuance of building permits. The <br />structural control shall be cleaned at least twice a yeaz: once immediately prior to October <br />15 and once in January. The project developer shall enter into a maintenance agreement <br />for the oil/water separator. <br />64. The project developer shall sweep or vacuum the parking lot and sidewalks a minimum <br />of once a month and shall prevent the accumulation of litter and debris on the site. Cor- <br />ners and hazd to reach areas shall be swept manually. If sidewalks and/or the pazking lot <br />are pressure washed, debris must be trapped and collected to prevent entry into the storm <br />drain system. No cleaning agent may be discharged into the storm drain. If any cleaning <br />agent or degreaser is used, wash water must be collected and discharged to the sanitary <br />sewer, subject to approval of the Dublin-San Ramon Services District (DSRSD). <br />65. Any future restaurant shall include a contained area for cleaning mats, containers, and <br />equipment. The wash area shall be covered or shall be designed to prevent runoff onto or <br />PDR-225, Exhibit "8 ", Final Conditions Page 8 of IO July 10, 2002 <br />
