All approved LEED measures shown on the scorecard shall be shown on the building permit plan set submitted for issuance of a building permit. 25. Prior to installation of any signs, a comprehensive sign program shall be submitted to the Planning Director for design review and approval. Said sign program shall include the specific details for all proposed signs, including colors, materials, illumination, location, text, etc. 26. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be utilized on the site except as allowed by Section 18.116.040 of the Zoning Ordinance for grand openings. 27. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the approved building colors and materials for the building shall be indicated on the building permit plan set. Colors and materials shall be consistent with the approved colors. 28. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the site plan shall be modified to include spot elevations and pad heights on the subject lot. A detailed grading and drainage plan for the reaz pazking area shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director and City Engineer. 29. Window frame and sill designs shall be as shown in Exhibit "A". Any modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to installation. 30. The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building Department prior to issuance of occupancy permit. The plan shall include the estimated composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the project developer shall recycle at least fifty percent (50%) of the job site construction and demolition waste. During demolition and construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". The project developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for all waste disposal. Only that portion of trash and recycling waste refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by another trash/recycling company. 31. The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy.
