All approved LEED measures shown <br />on the scorecard shall be shown on the building permit plan set submitted for issuance of <br />a building permit. <br />25. Prior to installation of any signs, a comprehensive sign program shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Director for design review and approval. Said sign program shall include the <br />specific details for all proposed signs, including colors, materials, illumination, location, <br />text, etc. <br />26. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be utilized <br />on the site except as allowed by Section 18.116.040 of the Zoning Ordinance for grand <br />openings. <br />27. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the approved building colors and materials for the <br />building shall be indicated on the building permit plan set. Colors and materials shall be <br />consistent with the approved colors. <br />28. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the site plan shall be modified to include spot <br />elevations and pad heights on the subject lot. A detailed grading and drainage plan for <br />the reaz pazking area shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director <br />and City Engineer. <br />29. Window frame and sill designs shall be as shown in Exhibit "A". Any modifications <br />shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to installation. <br />30. The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building Department <br />prior to issuance of occupancy permit. The plan shall include the estimated composition <br />and quantities of waste to be generated and how the project developer shall recycle at <br />least fifty percent (50%) of the job site construction and demolition waste. During <br />demolition and construction, the project developer shall mark all trash disposal bins <br />"trash materials only" and all recycling bins "recycling materials only". The project <br />developer shall contact Pleasanton Garbage Service for all waste disposal. Only that <br />portion of trash and recycling waste refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be <br />disposed of or diverted by another trash/recycling company. <br />31. The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air <br />conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. Screening details shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of <br />building permits, the adequacy of which shall be determined by the Planning Director. <br />All required screening shall be provided prior to occupancy. <br />
