CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1193 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY TO <br /> REZONE AN EIGHT ACRE PORTION OF AN APPROXIMATELY 49 ACRE <br /> SITE LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF 1-580 AND <br /> SANTA RITA ROAD FROM THE CC (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) TO THE <br /> PUD (pLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT)-CENTRAL COMMERCIAL <br /> DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company applied to have an eight acre <br /> portion of an approximately 49 acre site located <br /> southwest of the intersection of 1-580 and Santa Rita <br /> Road rezoned from "CC" (Central Commercial) to the "PUD" <br /> (Planned Unit Development)-Central Commercial District; <br /> and <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on April 16, <br /> 1985; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 16, <br /> 1985; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> pleasanton; <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately eight acre <br /> portion of an approximately 49 acre site located <br /> southwest of the intersection of 1-580 and Santa Rita <br /> Road from the "CC" (Central Commercial) to the "PUD" <br /> (planned Unit Development)-Central Commercial District, <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That this rezoning is solely for the area shown as <br /> lots 1, 2 and 3 on the preliminary tentative <br /> parcel map dated March 6, 1985 on file with the <br /> Planning Department. <br /> <br /> <br />
