approval by the Fire Chief, Planning Director, and Chief Building Official prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />47. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible <br />from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. <br />48. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter <br />20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br />49. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to final <br />inspection. <br />50. Trash enclosures which are sized to contain dumpsters with an individual capacity <br />of 1.5 cubic yards located within five feet of combustible walls, openings, or <br />combustible roof eaves shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br />51. The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities, including all surface roads, <br />fire hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall <br />be installed and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. When <br />alternate methods of protection aze as approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement <br />may be waived or modified. Proposed alternative methods of fire protection shall <br />be submitted, in writing, to the Fire Chief. Work on the alternative fire protection <br />methods shall not start without the approval of the Fire Chief. <br />Police <br />52. If required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be equipped with an <br />alarm system, the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this <br />system shall be installed prior to occupancy of the building. <br />Engineering <br />53. The applicant shall submit a final drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br />engineer depicting all on-site drainage control measures. This plan shall be subject <br />to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Chief Building Official <br />prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br />54. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for construction hazard prior to <br />issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this <br />bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />55. The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by <br />the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br />
