65. The applicant's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City <br />Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site <br />66. The applicant shall comply with the City's non-point storm drain ordinance. <br />67. An azea drain shall be installed in the trash enclosure azea which connects to the <br />sanitary sewer. A structural control such as an oil/water separator or sand filter <br />shall be provided. No other area shall drain into the trash enclosure; a berm shall <br />be installed to prevent such drainage if found necessary by the City Engineer/Chief <br />Building Official. A sign shall be posted prohibiting the dumping of hazardous <br />materials into the sanitary sewer. The applicant shall notify the Dublin-San <br />Ramon Services District (DSRSD) upon installation of the sanitary connection; a <br />copy of this notification shall be provided to the Planning Departrnent. <br />68. The applicant shall submit a construction Best Management Practice (BMP) <br />program for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of any <br />building and/or grading permits. These BMP's shall be implemented by the <br />general contractor and all subcontractors and suppliers of materials and equipment. <br />Construction site cleanup and control of construction debris shall also be addressed <br />in this program. Failure to comply with the approved construction BMP may <br />result in the issuance of correction notices, citations, or a project stop work order. <br />69. The applicant is responsible for implementing the following measures during all <br />construction phases of the subject project: <br />a.) Gather all construction debris on a regulaz basis and place them in a <br />dumpster or other container which is emptied or removed on a weekly basis. <br />When appropriate, use tarps on the ground to collect fallen debris or splatters that <br />could contribute to storm water pollution. <br />b.) Remove all dirt, gravel, rubbish, refuse, and green waste from the street <br />pavement, and storm drains adjoining the project site. During wet weather avoid <br />driving vehicles off paved azeas. <br />c.) Broom sweep the public street and sidewalk pavement adjoining the <br />project site on a daily basis. Caked-on mud or dirt shall be scraped from these <br />areas before sweeping. <br />d.) Install filter materials (such as sandbags, filter fabric, etc.) at the storm <br />drain inlet nearest the downstream side of the project site in order to retain any <br />debris or dirt flowing into the City storm drain system. Filter materials shall be <br />maintained and/or replaced as necessary to ensure effectiveness and to prevent <br />street flooding. Dispose of filter particles in the trash. <br />
