Resolution No. PC-2002-25 <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Secfion 1. Modifies Condition #11 for Case PDR-121 to read as follows: <br />If any and/or all of the property owners at 216, 228, 252, and 264 Spring Street <br />request an access easement over the drive aisles within the parking lot at 240 <br />Spring Street, the property owner of 240 Spring Street shall grant such <br />easement to such property owner(s) and record such easement if such property <br />owner(s) grants a reciprocal access easement to the property owner of 240 <br />Spring Street over the drive aisles within its parking lot. <br />Section 2. Deletes Condition #12 from the approved conditions of approval for Case PDR-121. <br />Section 3. The conditions of approval as shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference, shall supercede the conditions for Case PDR-121 attached <br />to Resolution No. PC-2002-18. <br />Section 4.
