Finance <br /> 8. Accepted the Monthly Disbursements and Investment Report for September 2010 <br /> 9. Adopted Resolution No. 10-411 accepting the Pleasanton Downtown Business <br /> Improvement District Advisory Board Report and Budget and, declaring the intent to Levy <br /> the Assessment for 2011 and setting the public hearing for December 7, 2010 <br /> Operations Services <br /> 10. Adopted Resolution No. 10-412 Authorizing the City of Pleasanton to Participate in the <br /> Bay Area Recycled Water Coalition (BARWC) Federal Legislative efforts and entered in <br /> Memorandum of Agreement <br /> Parks and Community Services <br /> 11. Approved the naming of Bernal Community Park as designated "Bernal Community Park" <br /> Howard Neely said he presented a petition signed by 100 people in November of 2007 to name <br /> the Bernal Park as Harding Park to recognize the Harding family. He expressed opposition to <br /> the process by which Bernal Park was named and asked that it be done properly in the future. <br /> 12. Approved Professional Services with Resource Development Associates in the amount of <br /> $65,000 for an update to the 2003 Human Services Needs Assessment for the Tri- Valley <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Cook - Kallio /McGovern to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted <br /> and as noted. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Cook - Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Vice Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Mayor Hosterman <br /> Abstain: None <br /> MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> 13.
