20.26.30 Sections 4.408, 5.408 and Appendix A4 and AS - Construction Waste Reduction, <br /> Disposal and Recycling. <br /> A. As provided in Municipal Code Chapter 9.21, "regulated projects" as defined therein <br /> shall comply with Municipal Code Chapter 9.21, except that nonresidential regulated projects shall <br /> additionally comply with CALGreen Section 5.408.4 Excavated soil and land clearing debris. <br /> B. Projects that are not regulated by Municipal Code Chapter 9.21 shall comply with <br /> CALGreen Section 4.408 or Section 5.408, as applicable. <br /> C. The following provisions of CALGreen are deleted: Section A4.408; Section A4.601.4, <br /> subsection 4, part 4.3; Section A5.408; and Section A5.601.2.4, subsection 3(b). <br /> 20.26.35 Sections 5.304.2 and A5.304.2.1 Outdoor Water Use. <br /> CALGreen Sections 5.304.2 and A5.304.2.1 Outdoor potable water use are amended to <br /> require one separate water meter and related water connection for all irrigated landscaped areas; <br /> except in situations involving recycled or reclaimed water, then separate water meters and <br /> connections are not required by this Chapter. <br /> 20.26.40 Checklists. <br /> The Director of Community Development or his or her designee may administratively <br /> implement changes to CALGreen Appendix A4 - Residential Occupancies Application Checklist <br /> and Appendix A5 - Nonresidential Checklists to incorporate the provisions of this chapter. <br /> 20.26.45 Fees and plan review. <br /> Fees for plan review and inspection to implement this chapter shall be as set forth in the <br /> Master Fee Schedule (on file in the Office of the City Clerk). <br /> 20.26.50 Penalties for violation. <br /> Penalties for violation of this chapter will be as provided in Sections 1.12.020 and 1.12.030 <br /> of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> Green Building / CALGreen Exhibit 1 Page 5 of 5 <br />
