Resolution No. PC-2002-17 <br />Page 2 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-02-2M, the application of South Bay <br />Construction for a modification to an approved PUD development plan (PUD-02) - <br />the approved PUD Development Plan for eight office buildings comprising of <br />745,000-square feet of floor azea and related facilities located at the southwest <br />corner of Bernal Avenue and the extension of Valley Avenue - to delete the two- <br />yeaz construction timing condition (Condition No. 2, of the "Conditions of <br />Approval for the Office Development Plan," Ordinance 1814), thereby extending <br />the development plan approval for the same time period as the vesting time period <br />of the "Development Agreement" for the "Bernal Property PUD," which expires on <br />August 21, 2010 subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
