Resolution No. PC-2002-16 <br />Page 4 <br />The amusement devices/games shown in the front lobby area shall be offered for <br />use only to parents attending one of the facility's "inflatables events" and not to <br />the general public not attending one of these reserved events. The operator shall <br />be required to comply with and post the standards for amusement devices listed in <br />Chapter 6.04 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br />8. At no time shall balloons, banners, pennants, or other attention-getting devices be <br />utilized on the site except as allowed by Section 18.96.040 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance if approved by temporary conditional use permit as part of a decorating <br />plan in conjunction with shopping center promotional events. At no time shall <br />spot lighting be used after 10:00 p.m. in conjunction with such grand openings <br />and/or promotional events. <br />9. The applicant shall apply for and receive sign design review approval for any <br />proposed exterior signage. <br />10. In the event that the applicants propose to modify the hours of operation or other <br />aspects of the business operation, or modify the exterior building or site, the <br />modification shall be subject to the review of the Planning Director. The Planning <br />Director may approve the modification or refer the matter to the Planning <br />Commission if judged to be substantial. <br />< END > <br />
