Resolution No. PC-2002-16 <br />Page 2 <br />added the standard condition for such group activities, requiring 15-minute <br />breaks between weekday events before 5:00 p.m. to provide time for <br />pazents to leave an event prior to the arrival of the parents for the next <br />event. The City Police, Fire, and Building Department have no objections <br />to the subject use as conditioned. <br />The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br />As conditioned, the proposed use complies with all provisions and <br />requirements of the City's zoning ordinance. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed use, as conditioned, <br />will be compatible with the surrounding uses. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PCUP-45, the application of Brenda Dronkers (Pump It Up) <br />for a conditional use permit to operate a children's activity within an existing <br />industrial building located at 470 Boulder Court, subject to the conditions <br />shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
