Resolution No. PC-2002-07
Page 5

9. At the time that the State-authorized agency inspects the new play area, the
applicant shall submit in writing to the Planning Director the exact number of
children for which the facility has been licensed and any special conditions or
requirements which the agency has placed on the facility.

10. During the mandatory parent orientation and on a regular basis thereafter, the
applicant shall inform the parents of the preschool children that Del Valle
Parkway to Main Street or Hopyard Road is the approved route to the preschool
and of the importance of carpooling to and from the subject site, obeying the
posted speed limits, being courteous to the neighbors during drop off and pick up
times, and of following the proposed on-site circulation pattern described in the
written narrative dated "Received July 7, 1998", on file with the Planning
Department. Parents shall be specifically told not to use Harvest Road or other
internal Pleasanton Valley street unless they live in or carpool with those who live
in Pleasanton Valley south of Valley Road.

11.

For any event held at the church which is anticipated to generate a parking space
demand equal to 80% or more of the number of on-site parking stalls, a "parking
ministry" shall be implemented by the church which includes individuals
"patrolling" in front of the church lot and actively discouraging those attending
the event from parking their vehicle on the street in the adjacent residential
neighborhood.
