Resolution No. PC-2002-01 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable <br />provisions of the zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />The site's Central-Commercial zoning conditionally permits the establishment <br />of bars.
