Staff recommended approval of this item subject to the conditions of the <br />staff report. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Sullivan's inquiry, Mr. Iserson confirmed that the grading <br />changes were the most that they could do, given that the lots had to drain to the street. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Sullivan, Mr. Iserson replied that he believed <br />that the Vineyard Management Plan was a condition of approval of the PUD. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Kevin Ibrahimi, applicant, noted that he had worked closely with staff regarding the PUD <br />conditions of approval and that they had incorporated all of the conditions into the <br />application. He noted that the vineyard planting was part of the conditions of approval for <br />the PUD permit, and it was incorporated into the document. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Kameny, Mr. Ibrahimi noted that his <br />company's timeframe for offsite and onsite improvements was to start between March <br />and June, 2003. He noted that they requested growth management for the next two years. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Kameny's question, Mr. Iserson confirmed that the <br />tentative map was in conformance with approved PUD. He noted that he would verify <br />that the Vineyard Management Plan was part of the PUD. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that he would like to have seen better grading on the lower <br />lots. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny moved approval of Vesting Tentative Map Tract 7407 as <br />recommended by staff.
