Commissioner Sullivan believed the open space plan should be reworked, and did not believe the pie chart was an adequate representation. Commissioner Sedlak agreed. Regarding the sufficiency of the presentation regarding visual impact, Commissioner Sullivan did not believe it met that standard. Chairperson Maas agreed with that opinion, and noted that story poles would be necessary. Commissioner Sullivan believed that some demarcation of the building placement would be valuable. Commissioner Roberts supported the creation of computer-generated photomontages to provide more details of views of the site; the Commission concurred. Regarding the issue of height and massing, the Commission was unanimous in its assessment that it was not appropriate or acceptable as proposed.
