ADDellant: Randv Cazinha <br />Appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval to allow the construction of six wireless <br />communication panel antennas and related equipment on the roof of the existing building <br />located at 3875 Hopyard Road. Zoning for the property is PUD - I/C-O (Planned Unit <br />Development - Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson indicated that the Commissioners have before them a copy of a letter from the <br />appellant requesting continuance of the item as he is unable to make it to the meeting. He <br />advised, however, that because the Zoning Code provides that appeals be heard by the <br />Commission within 40 days of the appeal, it would be necessary for the Commission to open the <br />public hearing as scheduled.
