With respect to noise, Mr. Iserson indicated that all activities would be <br />structured and conducted indoors and that there would be no free play. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson concluded that the project would add a needed facility to the City. He indicated that <br />the findings for the use permit could be made and recommended approval of the application <br />subject to the conditions of staff report <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Ms. Brendan O'Connor Webster, 3775 Beacon Avenue in Fremont, stated that she is excited <br />about moving into Pleasanton and that the center would be a valuable service to its citizens. She <br />requested the Commission to approve her application. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin moved to make the required use permit findings and approve <br />Case PCUP-66, subject to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit "B" of the staff <br />report. ADDellant: Randv Cazinha <br />Appeal of the Zoning Administrator's approval to allow the construction of six wireless <br />communication panel antennas and related equipment on the roof of the existing building <br />located at 3875 Hopyard Road. Zoning for the property is PUD - I/C-O (Planned Unit <br />Development - Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson indicated that the Commissioners have before them a copy of a letter from the <br />appellant requesting continuance of the item as he is unable to make it to the meeting. He <br />advised, however, that because the Zoning Code provides that appeals be heard by the <br />Commission within 40 days of the appeal, it would be necessary for the Commission to open the <br />public hearing as scheduled.
