<br />r- Chairperson Maas noted that would be the only way she could support the motion, and added <br />that she would like to see the new language in printed form to study the replacement language. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sedlak noted that he would like to support Commissioner Sullivan as much as <br />possible, but would need to see the two documents side by side. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan wished to amend his previous motion to the modification based on <br />the NRDC letter, which changes the reference on page 7, 6.e., to "environmentally <br />responsible distributed power generation," and suggests the replacement ofthe text "due to <br />conscious conservation efforts..." with the NRDC's suggestion of, "The conservation <br />efforts over the past year reduced Pleasanton residents' and business energy bills without <br />compromising quality of life or critical business operations. In fact, many of these efforts <br />have improved quality of life and increased business profitability for customers who <br />installed energy efficient technologies that provide improved service while simultaneously <br />lowering their energy bills." PCUP-47/PDR-183/PV-64, Waterhouse Mana2ement Company <br />Application for (I) conditional use permit and design review approvals to allow the <br />addition of three mobile home spaces in the existing RV storage/car wash area for <br />property within the Hacienda Mobile Home Park located at 3231 Vineyard Avenue; and <br />(2) a variance from the Municipal Code to reduce the rear yard setback from the required <br />30 feet to three feet. Zoning for the property is RM-4 (Multiple-Family Residential; <br />4,000 square feet site area/dwelling unit). The Plarming Commission will also consider <br />the negative declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson summarized the staff report, and detailed the history of the site.
