ROLL CALL <br /> <br />(' <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Plarming and Community Development; <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Plarmer; Lynn Tracy Nerland, Assistant <br />City Attorney; Wes Jost, Engineering Services Manager; Scott <br />Baker, Interim Director of Public Works - Operations; Robin <br />Eisenwinter, Associate Plarmer; and Cory Emberson, Recording <br />Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Brian Arkin, Trish Maas, Mary Roberts, Mike <br />Sedlak, Matt Sullivan. <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Harvey Kameny. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - October 23,2002 <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts corrected page 8, Item 7, first sentence to read: "Commissioner Kanum)' <br />Roberts believed that the small items displayed in front of the antiques store were very <br />unsightly." <br /> <br />Chairperson Maas wished to add the following to page 6, after paragraph 8: "Chairperson Maas <br />visited the site, but the applicant was not home.
