She requested that staff look into the antique store with respect to the original <br />intent of the original permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson noted that he would examine the situation, and added that other people had <br />previously mentioned it to him. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that she had contacted Code Enforcement regarding the two large <br />signs taped on the outside of McDonald's, and believed that the original permit did not allow <br />such signs. She added that when the restaurant was crowded, parking became a problem, and that <br />only compact spaces in the back of the restaurant were available. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson replied that he would follow up on Commissioner Roberts's request. <br /> <br />A discussion of parking in the area ensued. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sedlak inquired whether it would be appropriate to have Internet access during <br />the Planning Commission meetings in order to obtain timely answers to questions, such as the <br />Flag Ordinance. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Chairperson Maas personally preferred the current practice, and noted that any unanswered <br />questions could be answered at a later time. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />October 9,2002 <br /> <br />Page 8 <br />
