APPROVAL OF MINUTES - September 11,2002 <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan corrected the first sentence of paragraph 4 on page I to read: <br />"Commissioner Sullivan noted that he had attended the 9-11 commemoration at <br />Veteran's Memorial in SaB fmneiseePleasanton, and added that he had attended another <br />in San Franciscoseea e\ifrereat eveRts tflllll those helel ia PlellSlHltsa. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan corrected the first sentence of paragraph I on page 19 to read: <br />"".assessment of Mr. Swift's action, but believed that the location of the building <br />envelope was an environmental problem from a ...isillility location and tree removal <br />standpoint." He added that he did not have much of an issue on the visibility. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that the third bullet point of the motion on page 19 read: <br />"any additional structures on the former Vineyard Corridor Berlager parcel should be <br />subject to a Design Review by the Planning Commission." She intended to say that the <br />building envelope should not be treated like a building pad, according to Grey Eagle <br />CC&Rs. Any accessory structures should be minimal, and she did not want to see any <br />swimming pools. A gazebo would be fine, as long as it was not lit. <br /> <br />Chairperson Maas corrected the second sentence of paragraph 2 on page 6 to include the <br />idea that there was discussion regarding the exit from 580 at Hopyard. In the past, he had <br />worked with CaITrans, and had not been successful. That area needed help, and that it <br />was hoped that there would be dialogue between Mr. Malby's group and the City in <br />r helping the appearance of that off-ramp. <br /> <br />Chairperson Maas corrected the third sentence of paragraph lOon page 18 to read: "She <br />questioned the necessity of amending the Specific Plan all for a view. <br /> <br />Chairperson Maas corrected Item 8.d. to read: "CftaifJltlmSH Maas Commissioner Roberts <br />requested that this item be continued to the next meeting." <br /> <br />The minutes were approved as amended. <br /> <br />3. MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4.
