Mr. Iserson noted that the applicants may appeal to the City Council <br />within fifteen days. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that the realigned vineyard was progressing, and that a <br />bulldozer was working at the top of the Deleo property. She noted that a road was going <br />to the old McGuire property. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Roberts, Mr. Wes Jost replied that with <br />regard to the pit for the Vineyard Corridor, Deleo had dirt to remove from the site at the <br />top of the hill. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry by Commissioner Roberts, Mr. Iserson replied there was a <br />capital improvement project near Santa Rita Road, and he did not have the schedule for <br />the road repaving. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that on Wednesday, September 4,2002, the Energy <br />Advisory Group finished the Energy Plan after one-and-a-halfyears of works. The next <br />step was to bring the Plan to the Economic Vitality Commission, and then to the Planning <br />Commission, and finally to the City Council. He had corresponded with the City <br />Manager in order to move the Plan ahead as quickly as possible. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson noted that the Planning Commission would review the Energy Plan during <br />the first meeting in October. He noted that the Economic Vitality Commission would <br />review the Energy Plan at a special meeting in order to bring it to the Planning <br />Commission more quickly. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan noted that the Economic Vitality Commission would comment on <br />the Plan, but that changes would not be made based on the comments. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that a meeting was scheduled for Monday, September 16, <br />2002 regarding Toby's.
