ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson, Principal Plarmer, Lynn Tracy Nerland, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Wes Jost, Engineering Services <br />Manager; Jim Wolfe, Director of Parks and Community <br />Services; Mike Fulford, Landscape Architect; and Cory <br />Emberson, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Brian Arkin, Harvey Kameny, Trish Maas, <br />Mary Roberts, and Matt Sullivan <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - August 28, 2002 <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin noted that he had not attended the previous meeting, and was <br />pleasantly surprised to see the actions regarding the two photo voltaic houses. <br /> <br />The minutes were approved as presented. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN FOR ANY MEMBER OF THE AUDIENCE TO <br />ADDRESS THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON ANY ITEM WHICH IS <br />NOT ALREADY ON THE AGENDA <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4. REVISIONS AND OMISSIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson advised that Item 6.b would be continued to a future meeting, and that the <br />item would be brought before the Commission for the meeting of September 25, 2002. <br /> <br />5. MATTERS CONTINUED FOR DECISION <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />6. PUBLIC HEARINGS AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />PUD-80-14-05M, Reynolds & Brown <br />Application for a PUD major modification that includes: (I) removal of four <br />willow trees and 18 cottonwood trees at the corners of Johnson Drive and Owens <br />Drive; and (2) planting of 28 red oaks, 4 crape myrtles, and 20 gingkos as <br />replacement at the corner of Johnson Drive and Owens Drive. The proposed tree <br />removal and replanting are proposed in two phases for fall/winter season of 2002 <br />and 2003.
