(CSLOT). She noted that CSLOT worked <br />with children who had both speech and language difficulties, as well as movement and <br />sensory issues. She noted that there were not many similar private services in the <br />Pleasanton area, and that she found that Tri- Valley residents currently go to their Fremont <br />clinic to use this service. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts moved to approve PCUP-57 as recommended by staff., and <br />subject to the Conditions of Approval in Exhibit B. PUD-20, Bridge Housing Corporation <br />Application for: (1) Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning from the <br />Agricultural District to the PUD-HDR (Planned Unit Development - High <br />Density Residential) District, and (2) PUD development plan approval to <br />construct a two-story, 59,581-square-foot, lOS-unit assisted living facility on an <br />approximately 3 .59-acre parcel located at 100 Junipero Street (the northwest <br />corner of Sunol Boulevard and Junipero Street). The zoning for the property is A <br />(Agricultural) District. The Planning Commission will also consider the Negative <br />Declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Jerry Iserson presented the staff report, describing the scope of the project. He noted that <br />the project would be built on City-owned property, consisting of 86 assisted living rooms <br />.~ and 19 dementia rooms.
