She expressed her appreciation for the calls in advance from the Commissioners <br />regarding potential conflicts of interest. <br /> <br />Commissioner Sullivan thanked Ms. Seto and noted that she helped the Commissioners <br />do their jobs better. <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin noted that he always felt comfortable talking with Ms. Seto and <br />thanked her for her help. <br /> <br />Ms. Seto thanked the Commissioners, and noted that Michael Roush would attend the <br />next few meetings until her permanent replacement arrived. <br /> <br />12.
