PUD-14, GHC Investments, LLC <br />Application for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan approval for <br />an 18-lot, single-family subdivision located on the Heinz property on Vineyard <br />Avenue (Lot 28 in the Vineyard Corridor Specific Plan Area). Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - OS (Open Space) - MDR <br />(Medium Density Residential) - Vineyard District. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts excused herself from this item, because she lives within 500 feet <br />of the project. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift summarized the staff report. The Planning Commission had conducted an on- <br />site visit, as well as a workshop on this project. The last public hearing on this item had <br />been continued because of the lateness of the hour. At that time, staff had delivered to the <br />Commission its recommended conditions, as well as two alternative grading plans that <br />were responsive to the Commission's comments at the initial workshop.
