<br />Resolution No. PC-2002-29 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />b. PCUP-53, Pastas TrattorialMichael Salmiery <br />Application for a conditional use permit to serve alcoholic beverages after 10:00 p.m. at <br />an existing restaurant located at 405 Main Street. Zoning for the property is Central- <br />Commercial (C-C) District. <br /> <br />Brian Swift presented the staff report, providing an overview of the application. He advised that <br />staff is recommending approval of the conditional use permit, subject to the standard conditions <br />of approval for this type of use. In response to an inquiry from Chairperson Maas, Mr. Swift <br />provided clarification as to where the bar will be located in the restaurant. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED <br /> <br />Rick Ring, 405 Main Street, the owner of Pasta's Trattoria, noted that he currently has eight <br />other full liquor licenses in California, and, therefore, they are well equipped in terms of training <br />staff in proper alcohol service. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts moved to make the required use permit findings and approve Case <br />PCUP-53, subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B."
