WELCOME <br /> <br />Phil Wong, Planning Services Director, City of San Ramon, welcomed the Commissioners to <br />the first Tri-Valley Planning Commissioners' Roundtable. <br /> <br />III. INTRODUCTION / BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CURRENT PROJECTS <br /> <br />Each community represented introduced the members of their Commission who were in <br />attendance and briefly summarized projects and events happening in their communities. <br /> <br />Jim Livingstone.
