Ms. Seto advised that due to <br />the concerns and proposals presented by members of the public, the City Manager and staff <br />determined that it would be appropriate to have further community meetings to address the <br />concerns raised by the community, as well as explore some ofthe ideas that were suggested. <br /> <br />5. PCUP-45, Brenda DronkerslPump It Up <br />Application for a conditional use permit to operate a children's activity center consisting <br />of inflatable play equipment in Suite B of an existing building located at 470 Boulder <br />Court. Zoning for the property is 1-G-40,000 (General Industrial- minimum 40,000- <br />square-foot lot size. <br /> <br />Heidi Kline presented the staff report, describing the proposed project and providing an overview <br />of the business operations, hours, facility, and equipment. She noted that the conditions of <br />approval include those standard conditions for this type of use permit. She stated that staff is <br />recommending approval of this application. <br /> <br />In response to an inquiry from Commissioner Arkin regarding the notation on documentation <br />provided in the staff report that it is "confidential," Ms. Seto advised that generally all <br />documents that are submitted to the City are part of the public record, with the exception of <br />documents that have trade secrets or other type of protected information.
