Ms. Kline reported that the Planning Director has told her that the stations will be very attractive and appropriately landscaped. 8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION a. Future Planning Calendar Ms. Kline reported on the scheduling of the Construction and Demolition Ordinance for review by the Planning Commission, and that staff will schedule a work session on the Green Building Ordinance in about a month. b. Actions of the City Council No action was taken. c. Actions of the Zoning Administrator No action was taken. 9. COMMUNICATIONS In response to an inquiry from Commissioner Roberts, Ms. Kline advised that the MacDonald's r- building plans have been submitted for plan check, and the realtor sign is probably for the other building pad on the site. Commissioner Roberts stated that she is impressed with how Mr. Chestnut's house has turned out, but she is concerned about the fence that has been installed on Mr. Chestnut's property. Staff advised that they are working on this matter. In reply to an inquiry from Commissioner Roberts, Mr. Grubstick advised that the first phase of the bridge construction is to install a traffic signal for the new fire station and that some of the Zone 7 release valves are being relocated. 10. REFERRALS There were none. 11. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S INFORMATION Commissioner Harvey reported that Centex has constructed a prototype house in Livermore.
