<br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />A YES: Commissioners Arkin, Kameny, Maas, and Roberts <br />NOES: Commissioner Sullivan <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />The motion carried. <br /> <br />r- <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts moved to make the finding that the proposed modification to the <br />previously approved PUD Development Plan is consistent with the Bernal Avenue Specific <br />Plan and, therefore, with the Pleasanton General Plan; and recommend approval of the <br />modification to the PUD Development Plan subject to the conditions of approval stated in <br />Exhibit "A," with the additional requirements that: <br />. the site be hydro seeded or other options considered to address visual aspects of the <br />vacant site; and <br />. any new City programs reflected as policy, but not yet codified through ordinances, <br />and which would not effect any major modification to the project, should be <br />considered for these buildings and will be reviewed at the time of plan check. Staff <br />will negotiate with the applicant the policies that will be applied and a report will <br />be made to the Planning Commission, and the Planning Commission can appeal the <br />decision to a public hearing. If there are no appeals or approved by the Planning <br />Commission then the plan check can be completed and it is good for one year. <br />Commissioner Arkin seconded the motion. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />A YES: Commissioners Arkin, Kameny, Maas, Roberts, and Sullivan <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-2002-17 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin commented on the Antrim Building at the corner of Stoneridge Drive and <br />Franklin Drive, noting that he is embarrassed about the colors and questioned whether the <br />building reflects the Planning Commission's approval. Ms. Kline advised that she will research <br />this matter and provide a response to the Commission. . <br /> <br />Chairperson Maas stated that now that the Pedro's building has been demolished, she does not <br />want to see weeds growing on the site.
