APPROVAL OF MINUTES - September 26,2001 <br /> <br />Commissioner Harvey amended the third sentence of the second paragraph on page 18 to read as <br />follows: "He also reported that they sent an agreement to the City Council regarding the assisted <br />living facility at Sunol and Junipero." <br /> <br />The minutes of the September 26, 2001 meeting were approved as revised. <br /> <br />3.
