<br />r <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Update of Housing Element Task Force; Comments to Liaisons <br /> <br />Chairperson Maas and Commissioner Roberts advised that the Housing Element Task Force has <br />not met since the last Planning Commission meeting, and, therefore, they have no additional <br />information to share. Commissioner Arkin asked for a clarification of the Task Force minutes <br />that reference a policy to adjust Growth Management to meet ABAG requirements. <br />Commissioner Roberts noted that this is a proposal and that the Task Force has not voted on it. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny reported that he attended the Housing Commission meeting and that a <br />proposal to initiate a modification to the inclusionary zoning ordinance to reduce the threshold <br />from IS to eight units was discussed. He reported that the Commission voted not to initiate the <br />modification. He also reported that they sent on an agreement to the City Council regarding the <br />assisted living facility at Sunol and Junipero. Commissioner Sullivan noted that Livermore has <br />designated some of its affordable housing funds for Habitat for Humanity. <br /> <br />9.
