Commissioner Roberts advised that the document is suppose to be submitted to the <br />State by the December 31. <br /> <br />Commissioner Harvey noted that Commissioner Arkin has been very consistent with his message <br />about wanting to have information sooner, rather than later on several items. He noted that he <br />supports that general concept. <br /> <br />Ms. Seto noted that she has also provided a memo this evening regarding the Commissioners <br />attendance at other meetings and their participation at these evenings. She reminded them that <br />each Commissioner may participate as a member of the public. <br /> <br />Chairperson Sullivan advised that he agrees with Commissioner Harvey regarding obtaining <br />information, but he would not want to inhibit or influence the process. He advised that he wants <br />to respect the task force process, noting that the Planning Commission would be getting an <br />opportunity to comment. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny advised that he is the liaison to the Housing Commission, but he has <br />missed the last three meetings, so he has nothing to report. <br /> <br />8. MATTERS FOR COMMISSION'S REVIEW/ACTION <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Future Planning Calendar <br /> <br />/"'- <br /> <br />Commissioner Harvey questioned the timing of the Green Building Ordinance. Mr. Pavan <br />advised that staff is working on this item, but currently staff resources are being devoted to the <br />development of the Growth Management Report. He estimated that a draft of the Green <br />Building Ordinance would be brought forward to the Planning Commission within the next two <br />to three months. <br /> <br />Commissioner Harvey asked for an update on the Vineyard Corridor projects and what will be <br />moving forward in terms of infrastructure. Ms. Seto advised that some discussion is going on <br />now, noting that some options have expired on projects and some ofthe other projects are being <br />pulled back because of the changed economic conditions. She noted that the concern is whether <br />the road and utilities can be brought out to the school. She advised that the City is working with <br />School District to look at different financing options. <br /> <br />b. Actions of the City Council <br /> <br />No action was taken. <br /> <br />c.
