Commissioner Roberts advised that the document is suppose to be submitted to the
State by the December 31.

Commissioner Harvey noted that Commissioner Arkin has been very consistent with his message
about wanting to have information sooner, rather than later on several items. He noted that he
supports that general concept.

Ms. Seto noted that she has also provided a memo this evening regarding the Commissioners
attendance at other meetings and their participation at these evenings. She reminded them that
each Commissioner may participate as a member of the public.

Chairperson Sullivan advised that he agrees with Commissioner Harvey regarding obtaining
information, but he would not want to inhibit or influence the process. He advised that he wants
to respect the task force process, noting that the Planning Commission would be getting an
opportunity to comment.

Commissioner Kameny advised that he is the liaison to the Housing Commission, but he has
missed the last three meetings, so he has nothing to report.

8. Ms. Seto advised that some discussion is going on
now, noting that some options have expired on projects and some ofthe other projects are being
pulled back because of the changed economic conditions. She noted that the concern is whether
the road and utilities can be brought out to the school.
