ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Marion Pavan, Senior Planner; Michael <br />Roush, City Attorney; Phil Grubstick, Assistant Director <br />Public Works/City Engineer; Heidi Jo Kline, Associate <br />Planner; and Katherine Ferreira, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />,.-- <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Brian Arkin, Jon Harvey, Harvey Kameny, <br />Trish Maas, Mary Roberts, and Matt Sullivan <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - May 9, 2001 <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin requested that additional clarification be included regarding the Planning <br />Commission's action on PUD-5, Centex Homes. He noted that the Planning Commission had <br />reached consensus to develop conditions of approval for the project as presented by Centex <br />Homes and then to look at the "bigger picture" of what the Planning Commission really wants on <br />this site and develop an overall recommendation. The Commission reviewed the issues <br />discussed at the hearing, noting those on which consensus was reached, and agreed to reflect <br />those items in Commissioner Maas' motion on page 8. <br /> <br />Commissioner Harvey amended his comments on page 5 to read as follows: "Commissioner <br />Harvey stated that he would not be in favor of placing the fence in this location as this would <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />May 23, 2001 <br /> <br />Page I <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br />
