<br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED <br /> <br />r- <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas amended the motion to include a condition of approval requiring the <br />Integrated Pest Management Program to be submitted to the Planning Commission for <br />review prior to the City Council's action on the final map and requiring the applicant to <br />contact the entities suggested by Chairperson Sullivan to develop and review the proposed <br />plan. Commissioner Kameny seconded the amendment to the motion. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Kameny, Maas, and Sullivan <br />None <br />None <br />Commissioner Roberts <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-2001-21 was entered and adopted as motioned. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny suggested that the plan be brought back as soon as possible in the event <br />the plan needs further revision. <br /> <br />Ms. Seto clarified that the Planning Commission action may be appealed to the City Council. <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts returned to the dais. <br /> <br />r- <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />PUD-80-16-19D & 11M. Providian Bancorp <br />Application for development plan approval and a major modification to PUD-80-16 to <br />allow the construction of a three-story, 90,000-square-foot building on the Providian <br />Bancorp campus located at 4940 Johnson Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O (Industrial/Commercial-Office) District. The <br />Planning Commission will also consider the negative declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Continued to May 9, 2001. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin asked if there is a City policy on curbs. He noted that he would be <br />interested in having rolled curbs as the standard for the City. Mr. Swift advised that the street <br />width must be increased in order to allow rolled curbs. Mr. Grubstick stated that both styles are <br />in the City's standards details. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny asked that staff bring back the results of the Traffic Committee's <br />consideration of the issue of the striping at Del Valle Parkway and Main Street.
