In October 2010, staff presented the Plan and "Phase One" to the Pleasanton <br /> Downtown Association's Board of Directors, the Parks and Recreation Commission and <br /> the Civic Arts Commission. The Plan and the recommendations pertaining to "Phase <br /> One" were approved unanimously and all expressed their gratitude to the Harrington's. <br /> At this time, staff is requesting that the City Council review and approve the Harrington <br /> Public Art Acquisition Plan and implementation of "Phase One ". <br /> Submitted by: Fiscal Review: ✓ Approve by: <br /> Susan Andrade -Wax Emily Wagner Nelson Fialho <br /> Community Services Director Finance Director City Manager <br /> Attachments <br /> 1.
