The stucco finish shall be noted on the building permit plans. Prior to installation, <br /> the applicant shall submit a sample of the stucco wall finish for review and <br /> approval by the Director of Community Development. <br /> 16. The developer shall comply with the recommendations of the noise and vibration <br /> study entitled "Noise and Vibration Assessment Study for the Planned Single - <br /> Family Development, Stanley Boulevard, Pleasanton" by Edward L. Pack <br /> Associates, Inc., dated April 20, 2010. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the <br /> applicant's noise consultant shall specify the minimum STC rating required for <br /> each window of each lot. Bathroom windows shall comply with the "living <br /> spaces" STC ratings indicated on Table I of the noise study. Details of the noise <br /> and vibration mitigation shall be submitted in conjunction with the plans <br /> submitted for issuance of building permits and shall be subject to the review and <br /> approval by the Director of Community Development prior to issuance of building <br /> permits for the project. The applicant's noise consultant shall review the <br /> applicable noise mitigations shown on the building permit plans to ensure that the <br /> recommendations have been properly incorporated into the design. The <br /> consultant shall certify in writing that such recommendations have been followed. <br /> 17. The applicant shall provide automatic opening sectional roll -up garage doors on <br /> the garages of the houses covered by this approval. Unless otherwise approved <br /> by the Director of Community Development, the door design and material shall <br /> conform to the PUD development plan. <br /> 18. Scored permeable paving or decorative concrete pavers shall be used for all of <br /> the driveways. The driveway paving material and color(s) shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval by the Director of Community Development with the <br /> subdivision improvement plans. <br /> 19. The landscape and fencing plans shall be modified as follows: <br /> a. Landscaping along the Stanley Boulevard street frontage shall be adjusted <br /> to accommodate the City's planned Stanley Boulevard street improvements. <br /> b. The street opening radii at Stanley Boulevard shall match that shown on the <br /> grading and drainage plan. <br /> c. The City right -of -way line shall be accurately identified. <br /> d. If written permission is not provided from the adjacent property owners to <br /> allow the project's new fencing and /or soundwalls to be located on the <br /> shared property lines between the project site and the adjacent properties, <br /> then the fencing /walls and footings shall be located entirely on the project <br /> site. <br /> 4 <br />
