COMMUNICATIONS <br /> No communications were presented at this meeting. <br /> 15. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> CO <br /> LC) Ms. Acosta presented the City Council Calendar for the <br /> r information of the Councilmembers. She inquired if Council wished <br /> to cancel its second meeting in December as it had done in the past <br /> and added that since the first Tuesday of January falls on New <br /> z Year's Day, Council might want to meet on January 8th and January <br /> 2 22nd instead of only on January 15th. <br /> Mr. Mercer stated that for the month of December, Council <br /> could hold one meeting on the llth instead of on the 4th, and have <br /> its January meetings on the 8th and 22nd, as suggested by <br /> Ms. Acosta. <br /> 16. CLOSED SESSION <br /> Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 8:30 p.m. to discuss <br /> Potential Litigation re BART. <br /> 17.
