Resource Development Associates Proposal to Update Human Services Needs Assessment for Eastern Alameda RDA's final product will include an Executive Summary that can be distributed to all those in the outreach database, and an updated Needs Assessment that includes findings, recommendations and strategies and goals as articulated by the Steering Committee and as a result of the community meetings.
